So the world takes all these questions of life/death/eternity. And it says “Think about it.”

Is there a God? Well, what does Jesus say? He says YES. And he tells me he is His Son.

Well, okay then, Mr. Professor man. Well, okay then, Mr. secular Scientist man. Well, okay then, Mr. “guy who saw a show on national geographic” man. Well okay Mr. conspiracy about the church man. You say one thing. JESUS says another. Who do YOU think I’m going to listen to?

Well, if you’re having trouble deciding who to listen to, I suggest a good place to start is the Transfiguration.

After all, people are always talking about how they want the sky to part and for God to just stop with all the mystery and give them a clear message about what to believe and what to do. Well hey, here’s God taking a big old 2 by 4 of clarity to the side of your head. “I AM GOD. THIS IS MY SON. LISTEN TO HIM.”
