Brownies with Peppermint Frosting
1 box of your favoriate brownies (make as directed on box)
Frosting:
2 Cups powdered Sugar
1 Stick of softened butter
1/3 Cup of milk
1 1/2 tsp. of peppermint extract
2-3 drops of red food coloring

Lego Brownies
Ingredients:
1 box of your favoriate brownie mix
1 container of vanilla or cream cheese frosting
1 10oz. bag of M&M’s
green, blue and red food coloring
Directions:
Bake brownies as directed on box. Let cool completely before frosting. Cut brownies into rectangles (like lego’s). Set aside. Divide vanilla frosting into 3 separate bowls. Add 5 drops of each food coloring to each bowl until you have reached color consistency. Frost brownies and top with M&M’s.
